The Practical Medicine is a peer-reviewed, Gold Open Access journal covering the full spectrum of biomedical and clinical medicine. All content is published immediately and freely accessible under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
All article processing charges are fully waived for manuscripts accepted during 2026. Authors who receive an acceptance decision in our inaugural year pay nothing to publish. We believe financial barriers should never stand between important research and its global audience.
